Because this is a digital product (PDF delivered by email), we cannot "take it back" — but we still honor refunds because we believe in the quality of our content.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@unscattrd.com with:

Subject line: "Refund Request"
Your name and email address used for purchase
Order date or order reference number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
Reason for refund (optional — helps us improve, but not required)

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 1-2 business days.

Refunds to Your Payment Method

All refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We do not offer refunds in cash, gift cards, or alternative payment methods.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected fraud or abuse (e.g., requesting a refund after downloading the PDF and immediately disputing the charge with your bank). In such cases, we will provide documentation to your bank.
